  • Worked with investment firm executive leadership providing market intelligence to define product needs, distribution and branding strategy for competitive positioning and organizational processes to execute on distribution objectives and drive revenue
  • Worked extensively with large institutional Public Funds, Corporations and Endowments and Foundations to enhance portfolio performance by optimizing their asset class and asset allocation strategy
  • Throughout his career, Nick has led various sales and marketing initiatives including: creating sales territory as well as client and consultant coverage analytics and metrics dashboards, developing sales compensation and incentive structures, developing sales and CRM systems and support structures, developing sales presentation collateral and marketing materials, and evaluating and enhancing presentation and sales skills via training and sales coaching
  • Nick is involved on a number of industry Boards and holds FINRA series 7 and 6 licenses
